President CEO
With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, Dick Tessmann is well-suited to handle the presidential duties of running Oneida Tool & Machine. Dick sets company policy, is the chief estimator, develops processes and oversees most aspects of our entire business. By instilling a sense of employee investment in the business, Dick ensures that every project undertaken by Oneida Tool & Machine is handled professionally and conforms to our own standard of excellence as well as any applicable industry standards.

Wayne Habeck
Quality Manager/Safety Director
With a 40+ year background in metal working and manufacturing, Wayne brings a broad spectrum of experiences to Oneida Tool. His chief responsibilities include: directing the quality program, employee safety and ISO certification.
The inspection function involves: first piece, periodic, final inspections and quality improvements in addition managing the computerized gage certification program. The Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) seen in the background, is a recent addition to Oneida's extensive arsenal of quality assurance equipment designed to guarantee the highest level of conformance to specifications and customer satisfaction.

Craig Tessmann
Process Control Engineer
Craig is a second generation Tessmann, bringing 25+ years experience to Oneida Tool & Machine. He is a journeyman machinist, completing a 4 year Wisconsin state indentured apprenticeship in 1993 and has additional training in 5S methods and Lean Manufacturing principles. His duties include CNC programming, fixture design, tooling selection & acquisition, machine maintenance & repair, process improvement / setup reduction and customer relations.

John McLoughlin
Project Manager
John brings 25+ years of manufacturing experience to Oneida Tool & Machine. He is Microsoft Certified and has extensive background in SPC and ISO certification, serving previously as an Internal Auditor. John's primary duties at Oneida Tool consist of IT Systems Administration, routing and estimation, scheduling, raw material acquisition,sales and customer service and Computer Aided Design and Drafting.

Cora Eckrich
Office Manager
With an Associates Degree in Business Management and 12 years experience in customer service, Cora plays a key role in the daily operations at Oneida Tool & Machine. She is responsible for day to day management of the office including HR functions, Accounting, payroll, raw material acquisition and Customer Service.
