QUALITY CONTROL
Full time quality control personnel to assure all parts are manufactured to customer specifications and prints with all inspection systems conforming to MIL-STD-45208.
All inspection equipment and gages are calibrated at scheduled periods using criteria conforming to MIL-45662 as well as being traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Customer products with close tolerance are verified with a Brown and Sharpe Validator CMM with QC5000 Control.(Travel: X-28",Y-36",Z-24")
